I've been having Error=013 now for the past 5 minutes when i tried to log in, is anyone else having problems here in Europe?
I checked the error and it means servers down or refusing your connection, either way that means the problem does not lie with me.

The problem was in Europe only, although I play on American districts. I have no acces to the guild hall anymore, gives me an error too. Now the problem is in American districts too, in RA you have to wait for like 3 minutes before you can enter a match. :/
