Finishing up a Scrapper build and have a spot to play with. I'm debating between continuing with leadership into Tactics or picking up stealth to just give me a bit of a hidden factor. I pvp a bit and wanted to hear opinions on what to go with. Tactics to see with or stealth to evade some?
So I guess I wanted to know if Tactics gives a better chance to SEE hidden vs stealth and BEING hidden. Or I suppose I could spec out of Leadership for Tough as well.

Meta-game.
Pretty much everyone who PvP's has some kind of good +perception, so picking Stealth isn't going to make a big difference in your game. However, picking Tactics is going to give you a ToHit buff *AND* that +perception, so in my opinion, take Tactics.

I'd say Tactics. Stealth is nice for putting a LotG +rech in it, but for PvP, Tactics will make it easier for you to hit your enemies, as well as help counter stealthy manuevers from SoA and Stalkers.
