Relatively simple. Go to the "Zaishen Challenge" and choose the IW Mesmers. Precast Fire Attunement and Aura of Restoration. Right before engaging the Mesmers, cas the glyph. Make sure that they are ALL attacking you. One usually stops to cast Imagined Burden, and if he lives, it'll ruin your entire combo.
Now that they're all attacking you, cast Meteor Shower. Then execute the skills in this order:
3-4-3-5-6
They should all be dead by the time you use Flame Burst, but it's there just in case. Also, make sure that the skills are literally one after the other to ensure no kiting/survivors.
The entire run for all 2k should take about 15 minutes. This build can also solo the Siege Turtles (if you're Kurzick) and the gates (if you're Luxon). If you want to Amber Run, simply switch AoR with Storm Djinn's Haste and put your extra attributes in Air Magic.

I know, but its pretty straight forward and requires little to no luck. I'm not an uber intense player, so this and maybe some Fort Aspenwood is all I do in a day. It gets me by :P

Trust me its quick. Actually i use those training arenas to get the faction, out side of GToB in the Isle of Nameless the guy is right next to the GToB portal and in id say 30 Mins or less i got the 2k from there.

not worth it imo but i guess its good for ppl who are bad / get mad fast in random arenas :D

Yeah, I think its pretty much for the pvers. Most pvpers make lots more in a day. Hell, I already got 15k today.

I got 20k. I never said this is the only thing you're allowed to do in PvP. But its quicker than RA.
