Well, I started playing again about 3 weeks ago and played the warrior class up until level 30 but I really didn't like it. Leveling felt slow, damage wasn't dealt out fast enough and dying most of the time with no sort of self-heal except from pots and bandages made it hard for me to like it as much as I wanted to like it.

Don't mind my gear, I haven't been instancing much.
Naturally, I have some questions concerning that particular class.
1) I often find myself pulling aggro away from my pet, should I just do white dmg and the occasional arcane shot to do some more dmg, or is there some way to do lots of dmg without pulling the aggro away?
2) I know stats aren't very important at lower levels, but now that I'm higher, which stats should I focus on? As you can see from my armory link, I invest in agi/stam/int, but should I invest in +crit/+hit/+ap?

Download Omen, it works. It gives you an overview off who has threat

Crit strike in Ranged and Hit Rating is Important yes. Attack power too

I'm not very knowledgeable about Hunters specifically but I do know a bit about pulling aggro off your pets.
At some point you will tip the aggro scale on the mobs you are attacking. So one thing you could do is to give your pet some time to gain a good head start on it.
Initial aggro is important. Always make sure your pet strikes first. It will help in the balance.
After you've let the pet establish good aggro, go to town. With any luck, whatever you are killing will drop before it can get to you, or soon after once you pull aggro.
I see that you are capped out at 60, and it doesn't look like you have the Burning Crusade expansion. The Beast Mastery tree has some nifty improvement that make the pets hold aggro better. Not sure if you are planning to play for an extended period of time or not. But they doo hold aggro better now with the last game changes.

Yeah, I got omen and am trying what you (thundar) said and it's working out pretty well.
Also, I do have BC, it just so happens that I dinged 60 just after I wrote the post up there. =)

Ah, the screen display just looked small, so I mistakenly thought that it was the pre-TBC talent trees. I'm so used to looking at the big screen versions, not the Armory ones.
One of my guildies has a fully fleshed out Beast Mastery spec that she uses. If this will help you in any way while you finish out yours. Tahirii Beast Master lvl 70
I love running with a good Hunter. Practice with that Ice Trap and re-applying it and you can get a lot of work in the instances. It's a really good Crowd Control feature that defines a good Hunter in your team.

Lol, you know, after 12 months of no WoW you kinda wanna play again.. so I decided that my parents get me a new pc and WoW for teh birthday.. ^^
