Im sure in the past all of you have read atleast 1 post from a membe of the GA community stating that they have been hacked, the most recent one being Maya. After reading his post it got em thinking perhaps my account isnt as safe as I think it is, perhaps I should change my password becuase I have had the same for 2 years, but nahh plaync is too much hassle to go through all that to change my password, my account will be fine...
WRONG
I have just logged on around 20 minutes ago and on the character log in screen I noticed that my paragon is now not wearing any armour, and my male warrior is wearing the wrong helemet, my female warrior isnt wearing the gloves and body that I left on her when I logged last night. It was at this point that I realised "FUNK! I have been hacked!" and true enough I log on my para has no armour, my male warriors FoW helm is gone, my newly bought tormented shield that I used the last of my funds on is gone, and various stuff out of storage is gone including the very few ectos and shards I had left.
I am now in the process of trying to change my password but I am not geting very far due to plaync being a frankly stupid website and will not let me put my GW's games onto my account list or whatever and therefore I cannot change my password can anyone quickly offer any advice or steps/walkthrough in which I can change my password because I am liable to actually kill someone.

Lol, scrub, gtfo of this thread if you think that's funny. I'd love to see you getting hacked and hearing you cry like a baby who hasn't had its lunch yet at 8pm. gtfo.
And on topic, it sucks, happened to me one time, and only a few hundred k got lost. Could have been worse though; I store my gold on another account. PlayNC is alot of bullshit, it'll take some time.

I know the feeling, recently my wow account got hacked. Got it back and nothing was deleted. But it hurts to see all your hard work being destroyed by some stupid Nolifer.

1) maya is a he, although he does have beautiful long locks of hair :P

i'm not on anything atm, wish i was, have a serious hangover, was some chicks leaving drink at work last night. the sun was out and the beers were flowing. although her mum came along and i spent most of the night chatting to her... X\
and i have to go back out tonight for some chick who's going travelling for a year, so i know i'm going to have a hangover tomorrow, and i'll have to get the nightbus back... you think you have problems :P

haha, ah man, i remember when i was 17, i wouldnt sleep all weekend,
i worked part time in sainsburys while i was doing my a-levels. would go round my mates for a parties etc on firday nights, would stay up all night playing drinking games, no sleep, go straight from the party to work, would work all day, then go straight out from work, stay out all night, then play footie sunday morning.
i was wrecked on monday...
maybe its just me getting older XD 22 is a ripe old age :P

Lol I work part time at tesco whilst im doing my A levels and im going to a party tonight went to one but didnt stay long last night and on tuesday night I went to one and had like an hours sleep drank lots and lots, one of my mates kicked off with me so I lunged at him but got stoped ¬.¬ and got off with some girl so 0.o its you and your old age stan.

Sounds like my kinda guild but then again so is the oe im in mainly because im the one doing the slandering plus its got a pretty guild rank etc. but if I become guildless and can still access my account I might look into joining them.

one of the other things is that theyre all american apart from 2 others, so theyre on really late for us euros, but that has equalled a lot of late nighyt drunk stan on vent... they tried kicking me from vent when i fell asleep, but kept auto connecting. even in my sleep i annoy people :P
