Was pugging with Izzy, Axiom and Last of Master last night. Last of Master asked why no one ran any split templates anymore, and Axiom told him it was because of iQ. Izzy (Rose Freezes You) went into slightly more detail:

It appears that this part of the chat doesn't say that much at all regarding things, it seems that we're missing another few parts to complete the puzzle.

He is telling the truth you know, when a certain build wins in GvG everyone else uses it. If Izzy never did Skill balances we would be playing with the same builds just because it once won a Tournament.
Instead of being creative no, they just copy builds.
If we didn't have Izzy their wasn't any unique aspect to the skill systmen in GW
