jessica can't spell the state she lives in properly among the many other words she spelled wrong, she's got numerous structure issues. "says" where it should be "said".
there's no punctuation.
judging by the writing though, it almost seems that jess b is a child.

uhm, not really considering there are no errors in what i've written there.
you see, the english language is a most splendid thing because you can write in many different ways that are still proper.
another couple ways of putting what you've bolded would be:
there is not any proper punctuation.
none of their punctuation is proper.
nice try though.

While I was saying "writing" I was thinking "handwriting" which is altogether something different from each other.
My bad! Comes with not being a native speaker of the English or American languages I guess.

Well, I have no right to speak really.
I used to think that what's actually Canada was the United States, that Alaska was Canada and I did peg Mexico correctly. I had no Idea really what all those countries between the US and Mexico were. Central America probably.
Of course, that was when I was 7 years & 8 months and my spelling, let alone handwriting wasn't all that either. :-)
Geography was a lot easier in those days too, all those countries simply labeled USSR...
