The only toon I have that has tried using the Presence Pool is a spines/regen scrapper. Didn't like it. I wanted it mostly for the Fear effects, but found it was much more efficient to kill the mob than to scare it and then kill it. Of course, I have heard that it has its uses in PvP, but I don't dabble in that.

Presence pool ftw, awesome place to put IOs and i like the fear affect for griefing farming stone tankers in RV....

/regen stalker with a taunt is really annoying, or so ive been told, really funny to sit there and taunt a stone tank while his heavy gets popped by Mu Guardians and he cant kill you lol

Presence rocks...
Necro/Dark MM w/t Presence = 3X fear self cast and 2 pets that cast fear... Lots of shaking and quaking amongst my enemies as my minions delivery butt kicking at a bulk discount. Add BG mode... and have yet to have a tank or brute take me to 3/4 health in PvP.
