What is "Net" value in the scoreboard?

o.k., i hope this isn't hopelessly lame, but i can't figure out what the "Net" value on the UTcomp scoreboard stands for.

"Score" and "Deaths" are, of course, obvious, but the "Net" value follows no pattern i can discern, and several Google searches (and an episode of RTFM) unearthed nothing.

can anyone tell me what "Net" is, and how it's calculated for a match?

thanks,
p.a

never mind... got it.

i usually have to publicly post a question
before i figure out the answer for myself.

as it happens, that was the case here.

Re: What is

Net is kills minus deaths. Suicides are also included.

Basically when you die, your net decreases, and when you kill, your net increases.
