I feel stupid asking this but how do u call targets and announce your lvl, health, etc.

hold down CTRL for all the following
double clicking an enemy says to your group that you are attacking ____
clicking on experience in the experience bar tells your group what lvl you are and need __% to level
double clicking on a name in the party window will make you follow that person
please ask if you need any more

Hoer is also a Dutch word, try figuring out what that means XD

to invite people you open the guild window "g" key. and then you click near the bottom and type in the name of someoen you want to invite ( officer and leaders can only invite). if you want to leave a guild click on the litter player icon besides your name and click leave guild. if you are the leader you will need to make someone else leader before you can leave

The User Interface for guild interaction isn't all that great. It needs some work. Coming for World of Warcraft you can really see where they spent the extra cash in developing the UI and making the majority of it self-explanitory.
God what i would do for shift-cliking on loot or character names to see their level and info.

Ctrl - SPACEBAR also works for calling targets and calling who you are following :)
