The first one is in the desert region, you get it from the snake feller in Skyward reach.He is SE of Augary Rock.
The second is from the chickie by the storage in Droknars Forge. You must do her first quest and at least one of the "change your profession" quests ( just do the quest, you don't HAVE to change).
