Help Us Find Collector's! 
While we're out there looking for all the Collectors we will never be able to cover as much ground as everyone else. We may be thorough but some people find some crazy, unexplored places.

So, in light of keeping the section updated as new expansions are added, we're asking you, the good gamers of Guild Wars to keep us updated with new collectors that you may find throughout the game. To do so, reply to this thread and give us these things:

  • Collection Item
  • Required Quantity
  • Zone
  • Specific Whereabouts (if not in a city)
  • Your Primary Profession
  • Reward Items


We'll throw some credibility at you to praise you for your efforts (btw, Playboy models love gamers with credibility) and add the Collector to our list.

For collectors that just give armor, they offer something different to each profession, right?

Could someone who's not a ranger and been to Yak's Bend check the collectors there and see what they offer? It would be great to be able to list the Rewards for each profession.

I dont quite remember what he gives, but I remember thinking they were pretty decent.

Hes located outside of old ascalon,down a huge hill on the left, and up a huge hill on your right.

Its kind of hard to explain.

Can u tell me where the material crafters are in the different zones. I want to make globs of ectoplasm or charcoal but cant seem to find where the guys are. I know i saw them but cant find them anymore. Can u help?

Simply Hold the ALT button down and scan with your eyes the green names, you should come across something like this.

Take the road SE of yaks bend into ascalon foothills. Move along the left side and go around the corner, u should see a statue of grenth and behind that there is a collecter:

leathery claws

ascalon foothills
monk
bag (holds 5 items)


If u have the missing artisian quest from yaks bend, u can follow the arrow to the artisian.( the artisian is behind the statue also.)
