1.6a Problems 

First problem is that this new version doesn't work with instagib and enhancednetcode enabled. Reg weapon weapons float around the map and can't be picked up, and bots get confused trying to pick them up.

Also..enhancednetcode still doesn't work period with instagib.

Server version 3339...ut2vote50, utcomp 1.6a, instagib, no adrealin.

We have some higher pinging players and instagib with working netcode would be REALLY helpful. Server also plays reg so disabling it isn't an option. For now I'm reverting back to 1.6.

Just found this out myself too last night, after updating the server to UTComp 1.6a with UT2Vote5.

Also still noticing players Instagib beams shooting through walls, across the room and killing other players.

Also had reports of players saying they could not adjust there Crosshair size as well. I didnt try it myself, as i was to busy removing UTComp 1.6a and reverting back to 1.6

One thing new i am noticing now however with UTComp1.6 and UT2Vote5 is something is causing the health bases to start showing up in the maps. Not sure what is causing that yet. I did several map restarts through UT2Vote with me and a bot and all of a suden the bases would apear. SO i shut down the server and restarted it and now waiting for them to show up again. btw we run Instagib mut 100% except for ONS gametype.

Actually yes that's another problem I've noticed, but only seems to happen in CTF for me. Health bases showing up in the maps. - I might be wrong but I do believe it's only CTF this happens in for me. Hasn't really been a problem so I've ignored it.

Not sure about the UT2Vote issues, but currently UTComp does not work with instagib if you enable enhanced netcode. This is something I've been bugging Lotus to work on for a while :P Should be in a future version, not sure when.

for the time being we have removed UTComp and are curently utilizing UTExtra for bright skins and hitsounds. Only draw back is peeps cant brighten up the skins to be neon glow sticks. But as server admin's we are happy once again.

I have disabled UT2Vote51. UT2Vote51 has a big Problem. In the Version greater than 49, UT2Vote blocks Text Outputs to the Players with Mutators like ServerExt or RealUtils. And i think there a lot of other Thinks they are not working correkt (Server where Laggy). So i have enabled the UT2004 intern Voteprogramm, to test is the Lag from UT2Vote.

What happened to the APM stat in 1.6a? It seems to be gone now. I thought that stat was pretty nifty. :(

Well it's been awhile since my first post on this thread so the server has gone through a few upgrades:

Server is now version 3355, and UT2Vote is now 51, rest is still the same:

Version 3355, UTComp 1.6, UT2Vote51, Anti-TCC 1.8h, Wormbot V2, Monster Announcer, UTAN Ban Manager v101 - Instagib, No Adrenaline mutators.

Still the same issues as mentioned, regardless of UT2Vote's presence.

I have noticed the thing with shooting through walls..frequently too. I've even seen myself do it, very weird bug. Haven't tested if it has to do with UTComp or not.
