Hi,
New guy here just thought I would come in and introduce myself before I started asking questions and stuff like that.
anyways, I am three days new to guild wars and so far I like it a lot!
not exactly what I am used to (ultima online since the betas) but cool none the less.
one thing that bugs me about the game so far has to be the annoying camera angle shifts as you move. I know you can adjust it but it is such a pain.
so far I have managed to lvl up to 7 with my fire elementalist/warrior over a 6-8 hour span (a guess since I wasn't watching the clock) so thats not too bad I guess.
well I guess thats my lame introduction!

Hello to you too. Camera control does take some getting used to. I have one finger permanently glued to the right mouse button to hold it steady.

I came from Star Wars Galaxies the conversion to the GW controls confused me lol... i spend ages running around in circles :D

Hey,
If your having a problem with the controls use the W,A,S,D instead of arrow or clicking...its much easier.
If you use W,A,S,D and cant get into it then you cant set controls to be w/e u want them to be.

Hello! Another newbie here, pleased to meet you all. I too have been playing GW for 3 days but cant make up my mind what archetype to go with - currently have used up all four slots and keep swapping them about - hoping I can choose which one to go with real soon. I guess this reflects what I'm like in real life, a bit restless and fidgety, never been known for my staying power or patience. :)
