I am N/E14 atm and i have the following levels:
Blood Magic 12 (+1 for scar pattern)
Soul Reaping 4
I was wondering if i should get more levels in Blood magic or when to stop, any tips or hints on what to take for the next levels.

if you have lvl 12 bloodmagic you cant upgrade further. Im not a necro so i cant help you further with what you need.
Hero Amun Ra --> Ele/Ran lvl 17
Sjaak --> Meleandru's Stalker lvl 16
Kitabatake Tomomori --> Ran lvl 5
Yay our first lvl 20 guild member ;)
Current Guild: HoeR -> Heroes of enchanted Realms
Hoer is also a Dutch word, try figuring out what that means XD
Active with MS lately so not much online

With runes and head gear you can achieve up to a 16 in one attribute. What you want to do is up to you and what skills you find yourself using. I usually go with 3 or four skills very close to 12, depending on what I use.

I'm a Nec/War and i got basiccaly the same what shadow wraith is doing (mostly blood magic, then some curses, a bit of soul reaping) and death magic is useless for my build.
oh, i forgot to add, I enjoy the sword with a shield (looks classy, pretty nice damage, nice skills 2) and a couple moree points in there.
and finally last, tactics (shield stance quite nice indeed, i wont be moving much anyway so).
