I got a problem... Ive started a ranger for the expertise because i thought expertise will be a great help. Then i started putting points in expertise hoping that the energy cost would dramaticaly drop. now i got 3 points in to expertise 4% loss for every points so -12% mp cost. And my 10 mp skills are still 10 mp :S, even my 15 mp skill is still 15 mp.
Help plz...
Hero Amun Ra --> Ele/Ran lvl 17
Sjaak --> Meleandru's Stalker lvl 16
Kitabatake Tomomori --> Ran lvl 5
Yay our first lvl 20 guild member ;)
Current Guild: HoeR -> Heroes of enchanted Realms
Hoer is also a Dutch word, try figuring out what that means XD
Active with MS lately so not much online

Even though the skill still says it takes 10 or 15 energy to use, when you use the skill it only takes the ammount of energy neccesary after the -% is deducted. So say you have -32% on a 10 energy skill. Although the skill says you still need 10 energy to use, it will only take 7 off your mana bar.
