What exactly do you do to make your sound effects? I'm thinking about making a radio station for Planetside and I'd like to know how you make the sort of thing that goes P-p-p-p-p-p-paragon Radio. Where superheroes ROCK! and other things.

The "P-p-p-p" thing you're referring to was actually done by Buddha.
However, we both use similar programs. I use Cool Edit 2.0, while Buddha uses the "upgraded" version of the same program, Adobe Audition.
