I'd be a right handed villan, but I would never use it, cause I would be the type with thousands of subbordinates, and minions, who are all ACTUALLY compitent, so Heros would never get to me :p

I'd be the best kind of villain.
I'd be thin, wear some variety of gray suit with a hat, I'd have a curled black handlebar mustache and a sinister goatee, since black goatees are sinister. I would have a high-pitched scheming laugh like "Heh heh heh!"
Every episode, I would tie a beautiful young woman to a length of train tracks and dash off, expecting her for dead, only for the hero to rush in, stop the train with his bare hands, and save the damsel in distress.
To answer your question, in feudal China, where everyone important knew some form of martial arts, positive energy was thought to flow from the right hand (as most people were right-handed) and negative from the left (note the balance of chi). Left-handed people were therefore supposedly more in-tune with their negative energy, and ergo inherently evil. So, I'd be a left-handed villain.

But if I had to be a villian, I dont think i'd have hands. Work? Melee? No! Get your ruthless lil cronies to do the work for you!
Creating a villian can be quite simple! First, get your cronies to kidnap some poor power-hungry CEO of a high-ranking company. Remove the poor slob's brain. Next, place his eyes and brain in a glass container filled with a gooey, transparent substance. Finally, place the Brain and Eye filled container uptop a gigantic robot's shoulders. Connect the wires to the eyes and brain and.........Tada! You now have your own villian to reap helpless destructions upon the Damned lives of the citizens of Paragon City. =P
