This is where we ask all of our listeners and visitors to express their opinions about what they'd like to see on the site to make it more functional and user friendly. We want our website to be as easy to navigate as possible and still be nice to look at. So, tell us, what do YOU think it needs?

Personally I think that there needs to be more info on the DJ's. Maybe there is some somewhere and I am just not seeing it....Totally possible since I am only on my first cup of coffee..

i think that the radio stations need to be able to work on mozilla...
I try to use it and it does not work...
But with IE it does... Could you please make this site mozilla/firefox compatible?

Just open the listen link manually in your player (use Winamp or die).
I'd like to see:
-- "New Post" icons on the main forum page, so we can tell if, say, theres a new post inside the General forum or Cirga's forum as well as if theres a new post in the "Pie sucks" thread).
-- A search for the forums. If its there, I can't see it ;)
-- That's... about... it.

I agree with the above mention of a DJ Bio's section. something where all our DJ's can list what types of music they play on their show.. and anthing else of interest. Gives peple who come to the site a chance to fish out which DJ's they think they would enjoy listening too.. even though All the DJ's are awesome.. some people just dont have taste for certain types of music.. and for me.. when someone requests a country song I have to repeatedly tell people no. lol hey what can I say.. country makes me want to peel my eyes. Anyhow...
We definately need a calender.. right now no one has a clue who is on when.. even though the show times havent changed much from the older time slots we do have some shifting etc happening. Of course would be nice to have aprt from the weeekly show times.. a way to flag special events that we have going on.
Also.. no offense.. but white text on a black background makes me go blind. is there a way to maybe switch the forum color scheme a bit? I know it switches between each post etc.. but maybe grey and then the dark blue color insead of black? Maybe another theme we could choose? That has a grey background instead? Justa thought.. not that its horrible.. but ya.. makes my eyes tired after reading a few posts.
And lastly.. that I can think of off the top of my head. Is there a way to have possibly a "save" box in the PM box? There is no unread flag in there either.. and I like to save some Private Messages so I can work on them later on in the day.. coming back and having a bunch of ne ones without a way of telling which ones were new.. unless I remember which ones I read before is a bit frustrating.
But hey.. thats all from this crazy feller. :) thanks SWARM for working on the forums for us!

Thanks for all the work.
I agree, something that denoted new posts is necessary for people who browse the forums.
Also, I disagree with the credit thing and the rating of posts.
If we want a rating system, let it be by posts made. That would be fine with me.
The ability to see how many listeners are listening.
I know some of these things are being worked on, so thanks ahead of time!

There's always been a "new" flag on unread PMs. As for the rest...we'll add it to the growing list. :) The credit system, Karmajay, is here to stay. The entire site is tied into that system and to take it out...the site would have to be totally re-designed. Thanks for your patience on all this.
P.S. I know we got this site up in two days, but the additions that everyone wants has to be custom coded. Which wouldn't be a big deal if we didn't have tons of other time sensitive network projects going on at the same time. Bear with us. It will all be exactly how you want it when we're finished. Thanks for the feedback!

We appreciate your guys' hard work and massive effort, SWARM. Never doubt that. Also no one expects these things to implemented overnight. Don't go giving yourself a heart attack over this, just consider it a 'wishlist' of sorts to be looked at and noted. Work on it when you can, we're patient. :)

Raves and upcoming special events to be posted in an easily found location. Especially Theme events like 70s night, or Birthday Party so we can find the party.
Also, posted names of designated volunteer Teleporters.
Locations of party can be given as SW 120 yds from Lady Liberty on rooftop, for instance.

Ok, I know SWARM said the Credibility-system is here to stay. But I kinda have a question:
I dont like the system, as do others, you say that it needs alot of work to create another such system, but cant we just "turn off" the Credibility-system meanwhile?
Sorry if its a stupid question, but had to ask it.

My question about the credibility system: Is it Paragon Radio Credibility, or Gameamp cred. I am of the opinion that those folks who donate cash or influence to Paragonradio should be credited somewhere and somehow.

I would like to have a way to see how many listeners are listening from the home page. I would like to have a save box under my pm's cause right now they are just all there and its tacky.
I would like to see some better user friendliness on how to add screenshots, etc...took a while just to figure that out.
I have noticed that the credibility is not carrying over to the gameamp site, so whats the point.
and a way to preview the post before the final posting.
also Nogame asked us to provide these ideas but it seems that the replies we are getting have the tone of we are working on more stuff so quit posting.
just my two cents worth.

I was just thinking of that yesterday. Thanks for reminding me. It would definitely be cool to be able to at least play the drops and original songs from somewhere on the website. I just can't get enough of Meow'mix's hamspter dance mix!

The only thing I can think of that hasn't already been said is a "Who's Online" thing. Maybe a list at the bottom of the main forum page or even a separate page or something to show who's logged in and online.

I thnk a Fan Art and Media Section would be kinda cool. I'm making Winamp skins based on COH because I haven't seen any and it would kinda cool to be able to post them here so people can download them. (Look out for my first one on the winamp site, it's in process of publishing)

A little clarity on the topic of Credibility is in order. If you haven't read the 'About Credbility' page on the lower left hand side of the nav bar some things can be a little hard to understand about credibility.
Credibility simply put, is not a quick leveling process, and it is intended to be that way. Credibility is a means for everyone to guage a user's level of involvement with each site on the network. If you've been an active part of the site longer, you will usually have more Credibility then a person who has only been a part of the site for a week. You should be rewarded for your involvement with the site, and that's where Credibility comes in. In the future, some of the prizes on the network will be credibility-based and while we will be doing plenty of giveaways to the masses, it would be nice to reward those specific users who have helped our sites grow big n tall.
Credibility is site-dependent, which means your Credibility on each site will be different depending on your involvement with that site. Since Credibility is a way to guage your participation on each site/game, you will have no Credibility in games you were not involved with. This was intended so that after a while of being a community member on the network, a user could view your profile and see your involvement with every game on the network since you made your account.
While the Credibility system may seem a little hard to grasp at first, in the long run, it glorifies those members of each site/network and gives us a strong guage at who are the longer-lasting community members who are trying to help the sites grow by contributing media, articles, forum posts and just overall being helpful.
And yes, you can be 'awarded' credibility for donating Influence, however giving that Credibility out, is not for me to decide.

Oh and by the way, just because we don't respond to this thread on a regular basis, doesn't mean we aren't paying attention. =)
Keep em coming! Some of those suggestions are awesome and got me quite excited because they would make my life easier as well. We're working away adding some new additions to the Paragon Radio site as I type, and we'll start working on some more of the suggestions within the end of the week.
