With the release of Issue 5 the Hollows will be filled with blasters and defenders. Archers and Sonics every where and with debt starting at lvl 10, its a blaster and defenders dream come true. Think about it a low level player on a Frost Fire mish,its a win/win situation. I dont want anyone to think I am gripping about the release of new powers. I think its great and I will definitly be one of the many out there,but what about our other blaster types. Can we not throw a little defence in the mix? Wheres my resist damage, or regen?, Wheres the love man?

Unlikely. Damage Resistance isn't for ranged archetypes. That's why you don't get any damage resistance or defense until you get Epic Pools (asside from the small defense offered by some standard pool powers).
Think of how outlandishly powerful a blaster with high defense or damage resistance would be...
Blasters should get the "increased damage cap" love.

I see your point, but still would be pretty sweet to have a little something for those who solo. I agree on the damage cap too. I love my blaster, I am trying other types of characters as well, just deep down inside Im thinking one snipe and down this guy goes.

Ya damage resist would be great...then the devs would thinks blasters were too uber and we would get nerfed...better off without then our powrs dont get changed that muhc ;)

Honestly as soon as I saw the gun blaster I've wanted an archer ever since.
Not sure about sonic but I'd like to see how it turns out.
Are they adding other power sets for the other archtypes?

Yeah with the new AT's there will be more noise and bows then a Ted Nugent concert (and yes I'm thinking or using that name).

Well this all sounds extremely cool I'm definately going to look into the new power sets! Now when is this coming out?
