Does anyone know a program or website that gives numerical information of enhancements binded to certain powers?
My worry is that I think I might be overslottig some of my powers, and underslotting others.
I have a level 27 claws/invuln scrapper. Right now, I have temp. invuln. and unyielding stance both fully slotted with damage resistance (6 enhancements on each). Is this too much? Is there a ceiling on how much the enhancements help?
I've been playing for about 3 months now, and I still do not understand enahncements. All of my attacks have 1 accuracy and 1 damage. I don't really get any of the strategy behind it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok well I can guide you to a site that allows you to lay out your build before hand... and when you put all your slots on the powers it'll show you in the lower corner only certain information... like accuracy, damage, and recharge time... but those are the mst important ones anyway.
hopefully this will help some... I know it helped me... I now know that my holds are slotted to 99% accuracy :)
ok go to this site ... and you'll wann click on "Download this for normal users" this will download the the Hero Planner... great program... it does everything :)

Okay, I used the hero planner ya mentioned, and according to it's info, one single origin accuracy enhancement will push the accuracy to 99 percent on ANY power that can take a acc enh. Is that true?

Accuracy is a touchy animal.
99% accuracy means that 99% of the time, you will hit an EVEN CON minion without defenses. Your "to hit" modifier is also based on the level of the target and the defenses it has. You'll notice you hit lower level mobs a LOT more than you hit higher level mobs. More accuracy enhancements will allow you to hit higher level mobs easier.
But yeah, I think 1 green SO will jack you up to 99% on any attack, for the most part, for even con/no defense/minions.

I can tell you that having both TI and UY 6 slotted with damage resist SO's is putting you way over the cap for damage resistance. I believe 6 in UY and 3 in TI, along with the base slot from RPD, will put you right at the cap. Another option you have is to use the guides from the official site. Alot of players have made some really good guides and they should be able to point you in the right direction for actual numbers and such.
