So my SR scrapper hit 38 during the numina TF last night and I picked up elude, this was just before the last two missions, and we walk into the 2nd last mission with a whole ton of lvl 40-41 DE including a load and half of greater devoureds....one of the controllerts pets aggros about half the map including about a dozen of the GDs, so we are fighting for what seems like forever and I'm not even payin attention to the health of the rest of my team and in the middle I hadn't realized that our tank died and I had drew some aggro so decide "hey, I'm gonna test elude" so I clicked it and start goin to town on these two GDs and couple other big ass lvl 40 DEs, but actaully by this time most everyone on my team was dead and tellin me to run but I wasn't payin attention to the team chat, and never even got touched while I had elude on, but low and behold a crash and the couple GDs that were left from all the rucus told me to go to the hosp in one shot of their mighty fists.
Man I hope they make this power perma again that makes this whole set whorthwhile.

Yeah I picked it up late (since i thought you couldnt attack with it on according to old book) and then by the time I set it up perma it was soon nerfed so I just dropped. With my toggles and inherent powers 6 slotted I did fine without it. My Scrap is more or less retired, only coming out when friend/SG needs my help. Even if the perm it again I doubt I'll worry about it.

I dont think Elude needs to be a perma power, I only used in case of extreme desparation.....multiple bosses or AV's. I did have it to perma ability but not the hasten kind. I had it 6 slotted recharges and w/ quickness 6 slotted it was just barely perma but I still had to deal with end lose.
Like I said never ran it all the time, just when I needed and alot of times I didnt have to hit it till end of fight if whoever fighting got a couple of good shots in. I would like to see the Base Recharge time lowered. That whole 16 minute is kind of long.
