| SO/DO for flight enhancements? |

OK, I've gone to all the stores in Steel Canyon and Skyway City looking for either SOs or DOs for flight enhancements...nothing. Where are these little gems? Has anyone seen them? With my luck they are in the zones I'm terrified of going into right now. (No, I won't list them, it'll show how timid I still am with the game! haha) Anyway, I know the enhancements are boots, but, I just can't find them...damnit!! I want to fly faster!! Someone help me...please!! Wwwwaaaahhhhh!!

Well the good news is I can confirm sightings of Boots in both Talos Island and Independence Port..the bad news is they both start at 25. So no sense in going there after them until your well into a level that you would be comfortable there anyway :)

you also won't find any of the the SO's in the shop until you make lvl 30 and can do the mission for your specific NPC
