Ok, I do not know where to go to contact an EA staff member so i thought ok ill just post a forum about my idea. Someone else might know where to contact them and if you do please tell me. I hope this idea will become an actual game.
Ok you all heard of online role playing games right? Such as world of warcraft or asherons call or everquest. Well whats up with all that fantasy stuff??? I mean its really fun, but wheres the realistics. you know what i mean? What if EA made a game called Battlefield Online. Where there are two sides. United States of America. and Middle Eastern Coalition. Just like the war in Iraq. Once you installed the game, you would choose a server. 24 hr server and create a new character to your likings. Now your player is on that server all the time. just like in wow or ac2. You start at lvl 1 as a civilian with a knife or something as a weapon. You go through boot camp where you learn about the different paths of the game. How the game works and What you can do for your country. Second you decide where you want to go in the army. Marine core, Navy, Army. Whichever suits you best you can choose and work in that catagory of the game. Like i know most of us like to fly the helicopter or a jet. You could take that up and learn about it and lvl up in it. That way you are an expert when the time comes for your skill in battle. Or even ships. Learn how to fully function ships. It all depends on what you want to do.
Now I think that it should be real life war. Once you are trained you are shipped to the enemy homeland. Or stay in your own country to defend. Clans would be great in this game, for raids on a town and such.
For 1st in command, I thought it would be pretty cool if the president of both sides were actuall people that worked for that rank. They can launch missile strikes against eachtoher and anti missle and such and such. send supplies to friendlies and bomb the enemies.
This is just a brief summary of the game that i have an idea for, Basically an online world of real people leveling up unlocking new weapons and vehicles and fighting to win. and to conqure. Just like world of warcraft and everquest. but in todays time, in todays war...
That would be the Ultimate Game...

Well First of all I would like to say for just about half the people that Play BF2 that the first thing they sould do to make the next Gen BF better is to fix up all the problems people are having, they sould at least have 2 public beta'z to test online with a Bug Email address to send any bugs they might be having in the beta, that would be a good start.
Other then that. I dont think they can do any more then that, unless they make a Si-Fi BF. But I wont be up for buying that. Or if The USA Goverment have another war :P

Ummm yer and PS to that.
Just Play AA or PlanetSlide, good Idear dude but its been done befor and it has hit the wall harder then a tank geting run into a teddybear. BF2 is basicly a Online game any way.
If you are gona send that to EA this is what you will get back "................................." no offence but they dont take idears from the public, coz then if they use your idear you can sue them for royaltys, they will have to pay you comensation, and alot of other legal stuff, dont take this the wrong way but its (as I said) been done befor, its old, and out of date.
Want a MMO FPS that takes you into boot camp and all the rest of that crap, Get AmericasArmy.
