I just got near Sillis Yassith, but I can't figure out how to get up on top of the mountain he is on. Does anyone know how to get up there?

Well on one side of the mountain there will be a statue that fell over and binds the two mountains with echouther so you have to get on the first mountain first then go over the fallen statue and get to Sillis...
