Always asked why that mine armor looks always sharp but if i look at another guy with just the same armor it sometimes looks blurry ? Some ppl look sharp others blurry ?

I have noticed this as well. If you notice your camera angle is probally zoomed up a little bit. for some reason the closer you get the blurrer it gets as well.

hmm. imo my armor seems blurrier then most peoples. then again i switch my graphics from low to highest quite frequiently. this has a drastic effect.
