Hello
Sorry for my bad english
Here my Problem:
Demo Mask
Changes the names of the demo recorded. %d = date, %t = time, %p = player name, %m = map
My server.ini:
ServerDemoMask = %m-%d-%t-%p
But the result:
DM-TrainingDay-7-12-2004-13-52-%p.demo4
Why i cant see the Player in the Demo-Name?

same thing happens to me on my server demos, i dont believe it allows it on server demos, since the name could end up being ridiculously long.

If this is happening on a client-side demo, something is happening that shouldn't, and I'd love to hear more info.
If this is an attempted serverside demo, there is no player obviously, so it wont list anything.

This is an attempted serverside demo and 2 Players are in the Game!
ServerDemoMask=%m-%d-%t-%p
We make a tourney, so mutch Games are played. And this the Demos:
DM-TrainingDay-7-12-2004-13-52-%p.demo4
DM-Insidious-7-13-2004-20-34-%p.demo4
DM-Gael-7-13-2004-22-2-%p.demo4
DM-CBP2-Achilles-7-13-2004-17-49-%p.demo4
and so on...
All Demos are ok, no Errors. But we have no Playernames in the Demo-Name :(

yep, he just said it.
it wont list all players in the game, just the name of the player taking the demo, so it wont work on servers

I will add a reliable players command next version -- but for the time being, it just isn't possible with serverside demos.
