I play in the greek bartz server called "The Game". Is it illegal?(I play at an internet cafe. I don't pay but I think that the owner pays)

if you have an active NCSoft account and pay a monthy fee to them for the game it is legal.... i don't know how the Europan servers are set up (or if they have them) but if you don't pay a monthly fee for your account then it probably isn't legal
