| What's your favorite choice of dye? |

Hey all, first post here. LOVE this site! ;)
I was wondering what your choice of dye for armor is. I found gold (yellow & silver mixed) mixed with black dye is best. I had 5 vials of gold dye and 1 of them was mixed with black. I poured 4 golds onto the helment, arms, thighs, and legs. I then poored the gold w/black on the chest. Stood the warrior in the sun and looked closely at the difference. I noticed gold w/black has a more real/lifelike luster to it than pure gold. Therefore, my test made me like "luster gold" the best. It also SHINES brightly in the sun! ^_^
So anyone else find a nice dye mix they don't mind telling me so I can test it for myself? Thanks!
Well, I one time wanted to have the lowest credibility on guildwars.gameamp and went almost to -200 in credit, but in the end decided to change my ways and have positive credit instead.

black+silver+blue is one of my favorites, it slightly changes color under different lighting conditions

call me gay, but im fond of purple and pink. For my ranger I like to do green for limbs, and then a purple cloak and mask.

O, and thanks for the comment about black+silver+blue. I might try that one out too! But first I need 5 more black dyes. ^_^

Not sure if this is correct or not, but to make WHITE dye I think the mix is SILVER+BLUE+SILVER.

Silver+Orange is a cool combination. I have that combo on my w/r right now with the wyvern armor(85 armor).
what i think they should incorparate is a way to dye peices of your armor(like the horns on the wyvern).

My favorite is pink I get it by combining purple+orange+yellow its a real soft pink..

This is all fine and dandy, i prefer silver, but my question is, WHY is dye so expensive? at least black and silver?
Is this something hard coded or does it change depending on the game's economy?

How does that turn out? I havent experimented yet but I thought dye remover just stripped the dye out from your armor to make the end result (when you dye it) a more solid cleaner color...
Then again, Im new :p

I thought it depended on 2 thing supply/demand,and the number of people in the district( i doubt its the second option though)

diff. armors don't get the same result right?. my ele armor is dyed silver but looks white.

Personally I find yellow and silver dye to look good on ascalon
armor...but im just bored with too much money

bunny legion if you have too much money ill take some of that money away from you. (back to topic) my personal choice in dye is BLACK as i have it for everyone of my PvE characters and BLUE for my PvP character

purple+red =) try adding silver if its to bright/dark

My fav colours are also the cheapest ;)
Warriors = dye striper = gold
Ranger = dye striper = tanned leather
Then upgraded to ranger all black dye after dye stripped with the tan dye stripped mask and pants.
