on most games including all other bf games you can dump a video/movie/cine folder and bypass all pre game video but such a folder seems to be absent on bf2. any ideas?

yes there is a way to do it.
ea games / battlefield2 / mods / bf2 / movies
i think thats where they are im at work and cannot check.
rename every movie except the last 3
id recommend leaving most the name in tact just adding a little thing at the end or something.
and there you go intro movies are bypassed.

Extract this into the correct folder. This bypasses video at start.

The above mentioned is about it, I just deleated most of them out of the correct folder, many games include a seperate folder for videos, and all those anoying intros, you can usually just erase them, the exe will skip over them if it doesnt detect them.
