COUPLE of QUESTIONS

I know the game loads pretty slow anyway, but my friends seem to load much faster than me. They get to each screen in between games way before i do. Just reloaded winxp yeterday and the game itself seems to run better, but still got sloow load times. Here are some specs.

Asus A8N-SLI w/ 64/3500+ cpu (oc'ed)
1 gig ddr3200
BFG 6800 GT oc
WD/ Raptor drive
Plenty of power in this machine. Running very well. I also am using fast cable....6000 down....768 up.I test the machine and the connection regularly and it is in top condition. Maybe my firewall is chokin it off? I use Zonealarm and I have BF2 enabled, so...?

Next....joysticks for aircraft. I have a Saitek Cyborg Evo and I set the in-game controls up, but I get no response from it. Kinda sucks cause its a good joystick and it would be soo much easier to fly with it.

Also, somone suggested that I use a hardware firewall instead of a software firewall.Like in a router. Would this help my load times and lag issues? Thx Rowdee
