Recently my mouse as started to lock up in game, for about two seconds, before it starts to move again. This is the first time it ever happened, and I was wondering if anyone knew anything that might help.

IIRC a ton of people have had this problem with that exact mouse. I'll ask around on IRC and see what I can find (I don't use logitech mice anymore).

I would check on Logiechs site and see if support has a (temporary) fix for this yet. Or you can contact them and see what they say.
Also google might lead you some answers to that one.
Make sure your drivers are up to date as well.

If it is a wireless mouse, then your batteries may be close to being dead. That happened to me on a server and I got my @$$ kicked while trying to find new ones.
