I didn't realise it, but you can KICK THE OTHER TEAM!
My son and I joined a server, and we were assigned to the US. We played a couple rounds, losing badly. The next round (same map, teams) he became Commander, and we whooped some a**. Beat them handily and badly. About a minute into the next round...BOOM...my son is kicked....WTF???...no TKs...hadn't even started, really. The dialog box said "Kicked by Admin or Vote"...well, I didn't see a vote, but I was out of the room, and his Commander screen was up, so he didn't see it. I asked what happened , but no one said anything. My son claimed the other team kicked him..."No Way...you can't kick the other team ..that's INSANE"
I thought I'd try...YOU CAN...YOU CAN KICK THE OTHER TEAM!!!! I initiated a vote to kick someone from the other team. Why should I be able to do that? They are supposed to be killing me, not like TKers. IS THAT INSANE OR WHAT????? WHAT ARE U THINKING EA???? These Jerks out there saw who the commander was at the end of the round, and kicked him! (maybe)
Anyway, I don't think you should be able to initiate a Kick Vote against someone from the other team. It opens the door for too many under-handed things.

Wasn't aware of that, good point, I'll have to check this out. As you say, this is unfair, commanders that do well will get the shaft from the opposing team under these conditions, it can certianly discorage people from choosing command; although I have not yet seen this.

well, u cant kick the other teams commander with the whole other team voting on it, it would have taken atleast a couple of guys on your own team to kick your commander
Example;
16 player servers need atleast 10 votes to kick a player, there is 8 people on each team, so some people on your team would have to vote and the whole other team, so think about it. i have seen people get kicked, not 4 TK's but just get kicked, i am not sure why yet, it hasnt happend to me.
