Most rangers use 10 Markmanship b/c Expertise/Wilderness Survival are at higher numbers. I would pay about 4k.

i dont believe in "bidding" on items...because people bid then they ask "what takes?" WHATS THE POINT.
also this is worth far more than 5k imo.

i'm not gonna buy, but for those who might, a flatbow is the only long range bow to have a rapid fire rate, at the trade of having extremely slow arrows and an extremely high fire arc (in otherwords, you shoot more but are more likely to miss. i think it's an even trade off). I mention this because somebody wanted to look to see if it's the one they want, well i'll just give the stats that goes with the name "flatbow".
