i downloaded and installed the demo, i started it and it loads then crashes. i dont even see the menu. i sent the file to my bro and for him it works! his computer is much worse then mine. HELP!!!

what kind of system you got.
name everything down to model name and # if you can.
where did you get it.
what graphics card do you have.
how much ram.
come one everybody, you can't just come in here and say: "Uh...I'm crashing...help me". Tell us what you got. Give details up front so we can save time.

Stop being an ass and try to help. It may not be his card as I had the same issue when I ran the demo. It took me several tries running and re-installing to get it to work. I wanted it to work that bad that I tried until it did, now I have the Full Version and love it. If it is a card issue, maybe he would be willing to get a new one just for this reason. Let’s leave that up to him…OK..

I can't believe you would even say this. Stupid question??? If he didn't have a problem, would he have asked? Not everybody is a pro with computers.
Just by your reply, I can tell you're a 9 year old that mommy and daddy had to buy you the biggest computer setup or you would have thrown yourself on the ground and thrown a temper (with arms and legs kicking).
I, too, had this problem and got it straightened out by retrying. I have a very good machine and even with the full version, I'm still tweaking.
