Got lots of em, but the last one,(Basic Helicoptor) didnt get assigned to my stats. Is this a glitch of some kind? Been tryin to get it back since and cant. Too bad, cause its one I want. Really dig flyin round and blowin shit up!!!

Lost about 150pts and a basic sniper award today =( this lost stats crap stinks... 100% certain it was a ranked server I wont mention any names but its a mainstream ranked server... this is like the 3rd time this happend too I might add... Very dissappointing when ya do those extra few rounds cause ya figure your stats will be lookin good then they are lost to the abyss....

THAT'S SO FUCKING TRUE! I got .....three or four medals. One Basic Drving, Basic Spec Ops, Basic Support. AND THERE NOT THERE! THen, when I go to my stats, they are only raised up to about thirty when I played two rounds that got me at least 120, I'm pissed now. I know for a fact it was ranked, because that's all I play is ranked.

yeah ive just had the same problem. the musi ccame on and said youve been awarded a basic support award, but cant see it in my stats :(

2 basic supports and 1 basic medic not recived :( only thing that showed up was a bronze, is this a game bug? or is there something im missing

just checked now, i got my gold, bronze a basic medic n support all appeared now, could it be just slow updating due to high traffic

I read somewhere that the stats server only takes a snapshot of everyones stats once like every 15 or 20 minutes....so if you dont see your medals right away dont get pissed....they will be there. Some of my friends havent seen points till the next day before..

I got the impression that if you leave before the end of the round the update won't happen 'till the round has been played out by those still in the game.

Just found this quote from EA...
'The most important thing to remember about stats is that snapshots are sent for processing at the end of a game round only. If for any reason a round is interrupted (such as by a scheduled reboot as happens at 3 PM and 3 AM local time on all EA servers), stats from that round will not accrue. In all other cases, it can take a short period of time after the round is complete for these snapshots to be processed. BFHQ may not be updated with your new progress for upwards of fifteen minutes during the daily peaks (though 99% of the time stats processing is nearly immediate nowadays).
If you have been playing on one particular server for a long period of time and have not been seeing any stats accrue for your account, we suggest playing on an Official EA Server to verify that there are no issues with your profile itself. The easiest way to be sure that you are playing on a legitimate Official EA server, is to make sure that the IP starts with 159.153. After completing a round on on Official EA Server (and playing more than five minutes in that round), check your Last Played Game stat in BFHQ. If this still has not updated, we recommend contacting EA Technical Support. Please let EA Technical Support know the names and IPs of the servers that appear to not be accruing statistics for your profile.'
