necromancer/mesmer
stats:
curses 14-16
illusion 12
skills:
enfeeble (curses)
faintheartedness (curses)
price of failure (curses)
shadow of fear (curses)
plague touch (unlinked)
ineptitude (elite illusion)
ethereal burden (illusion) or parasitic bond (curses)
res signet
take ethereal if you want energy and parasitic if you want health.
opinions?
Edit: instead of etheral or parasitic you could take illusion of weakness
also you could add in clumsiness

you forgot Empathy.. I would deffinatly throw some points into domination for that skill..

i didnt do empathy for three reasons, one i didnt want to comprimise the other attributes by putting them at less than 12, two i dont know what to take out of the skill bar, and last but most important, all the skills slowing down attack speed would make empathy less efficent and therefore not as useful.

Try sticking blackout in there, it disables all your opponents skills, and yours. However you regain your skills back faster. Its a nifty final blow skill if you couple it with a strong energy burn...
