Ihate it when i get scammed.I sometimes Run ppl for missions and then they dont pay me.arrrrggghhhh i hate it.they should be banned!!
please give this post good marks so i get cred.

try asking for money when there are a few objectives left, and if tehy wont pay then, just get them killed and sit by their corpses. then hold ctr and click a res only if they offer to pay.

Lol. I wonder who is getting scammed. I help people for free.
Anyway, thats only my opinion. To counter the scamming let them pay 50% in advance. So if they dont give you the rest you atleast have a bit. If they dont pay you wont help them.

I think a good way to go about it is, first, ask everyone who is paying if they understand and are willing to pay. Then, when they say they will, take a snapshot of the text with the PrtScn key. Then, if they scam you and leave, just send it to support or whoever so you can get that player banned and whatnot.

to my knowledge you cannot be banned or suspended whatsoever if it was a verbal agreement.

This sounds like a good alternative. From the flip side, I can see them paying someone to help, and then that person just disappearing due to "bad internet" or something. But agreed, if you help someone, and agreed upon a price, then if you hold up your end, then they should be courteous and hold up to theirs and pay.

Man i dont know what ya'll are talking about.Scamming? I could say i have never scammed anyone before, but you could say i screwed this dude out of his money by buying a 40k hammer for 2k but that was his price not mine. And i never pay anyone to run me. i can just get there my self anyhows.

I believe you can, a friend of mine had this happen. He sent screens of the conversation about the scam to GW Support and I could be wrong but I believe he got conformation of that players account being banned.

Sorry bout this, but I hate people who are too damn lazy to do the missions or anything themselves, so they have to have people run it for them. Earlier today I saw a Lvl 3 Elementalist in Sanctum Cay. LEVEL 3! Accompanied by a Lvl 9! Now that's just stupid. Anyone else feel this way?

Haha, I would find it fun to get a lvl-0 to Droknar. I mean this could go to the 'I am bored, what should I do' topic.
Adding to that, it is there money, I do not have to be involved in what they are doing so does it bother me? No not at all. The only thing that does bother me is that some go there to get the 15k armor and then the go back to Ascolon and fight battles there (which would make them immortal :( ). Its lame and they should secure that.

support does not care at all if you charge people for a run and you dont get paid. it does not violate any rules or regulations and whoever says "i am taking screenshot and ill send to support if you dont pay" is simply bluffing.

well, actually i already beat you to it, my ranger was level 10 adn 99% experiance and had droknars forge armor (would have gfought to marhans or a run, but experiance issues were there since i solod level 24 mountain trolls, and i had to stay below 11.
and by all means it doesn't make you "immortal" it is still pretty easy to die, although i did get some major faction for those times we went undefeated until my internet crashed (over 30 wins).
they have fixed the problem by letting you gain experiance now, and thus my ranger leveled to 11, and no longer competes in the arena (while i was there i was fighting others who had done the same thing, but the armor isn't to bad if you have the poison arrow elite skill)
