I'm all for helping people, but I just came to a realization: there are now two reasons people would come to me for help. Either, (1) they assume that the big number on my credits means I'm the best at Guild Wars there is (I'm flattered, but I can't live up to those expectations) or (2) they want help from me as a member of the Fake Guild, which is unlikely because that hasn't really gotten as popular as I had hoped.

If you want my help for the second reason, please include a mention of the Fake Guild in your request. It's a good boost to the old ego :-).

I decided to create a guild specifically centered around helping others get through the game. If you can't think of anything to do on GW anymore, this will give you something extra to achieve. It is not a real guild, so you don't need to leave your guild to join. See these threads for more details:

New Picture of myself

A long time ago I was bored and created a picture, starting with a regular old picture of myself that I took. The picture I posted which looks like a 3-eyed devil is in fact me, turned red and given an extra vision article, along with a pair of black horns. Cool detail, I put a spider crawling out from my shirt (in the PICTURE, yeesh!) which was stalking a fly on my neck (that was also something I added to the picture myself). Keep in mind I didn't, and would never, put those there in real life. That's just crazy. But on a devil it looks cool. Also the shirt is really gray, but I decided devils wear black. I hope you like my work, its one of my most creative pieces, and I don't have a decent normal picture to put up of myself. They all look dumb.

One final note, my hair is a little more "messed up" than that but that's harder to cut out from a photograph, and makes me look like a friendly hippy rather than an evil devil.

Man, recently I've been feeling like some of my posts could be misinterpreted as being self-righteous or full of myself. In truth I don't mean it to seem that way, there've just been a number of occasions recently, for example, where people don't seem to get how to EARN their credit.

For all those reading this, I want to say that I have and will continue to consider Swamp Fox as having, for all intents and purposes, a higher credibility than me. Others possibly as well, but Swamp Fox for sure. If he says something, he knows what he's talking about.

I'm now in second place as far as credibility holders for GW is concerned. This will probably switch to first place since I have an impending 750 credit, along with stupoop, for being 1st place in the monster contest. The funny thing is, I'm probably STILL not a big name on this site! HA! oh well :-)

I think that, as long as I am in the top five credibility holders, I will use that to my advantage. Anybody that gets a bad attitude and starts using ad hominem on me in the game will just be told to check this site.

Besides, I have every right to do that. If I didn't deserve any of the points you guys gave me you wouldn't have given them. So I'll take this opportunity to say thank you, I'm glad you appreciate my posts/guides/whatever, and I'm glad I could help.
